Download from the official page, extract if needed, run as Administrator. Install Samsung USB Drivers first.
Connect via data USB cable. For FRP the phone is usually on the lock/setup screen. Battery ≥ 50%.
On FRP screen, open emergency dialer and type:
*#0*#MTP/CSC section → select CSC → Apply → confirm on phone → reboot.
